This text is the third panel of a small triptych. The Consulting Difference: A Primer for the Expert Consultant (1986, revised through 2014) set out the practitioner's stance. The first Power to Make Things Simple (2011, revised 2016 and early 2026) named the craft. The present, updated and enlarged 2026 edition tightens, deepens and, I hope, finishes it.

This book is by Ioan Tenner.
